ERASURE have announced the tracklisting of their forthcoming 'Total Pop!' compilations which will be released on February 23rd next year. The album will be available in a 4-disc deluxe edition featuring three CDs and a DVD, or as a standard 2-CD edition featuring the same tracklisting as the deluxe edition's Pop! and Pop2! discs. GEORGE MICHAEL will release a free download single on Christmas Day entitled 'December Song (I Dreamed Of Christmas)' which he has written in collaboration with David Austin.

DURAN DURAN are the subject of a brand new official book 'Would Someone Please Explain' which features the best questions put to the band's official 'Ask Katy' information service plus extra text, images and photographs. See NEWS for more details. The band are also reportedly in talks with KYLIE MINOGUE about a possible collaboration on her next studio album...

KYLIE MINOGUE will release an album of remixes entitled 'Boombox' in January. The release will feature sixteen remixes produced since 2000 and will include reworkings by Chemical Brothers, Mylo and Fischerspooner as well as the 'Can't Get Blue Monday Out Of My Head' bootleg, featuring NEW ORDER.

ADAM ANT is to release a live album featuring his solo show at London's Bloomsbury Theatre last year. The release includes extracts of Adam reading from his autobiography 'Stand & Deliver' as well as some of the songs he performed on the night as well as onstage dialogue. See NEWS for more details.

MIDGE URE has been awarded his forth honorary degree this week when he became an honorary Doctor at Glasgow Caledonian University in recognition of his musical and humanitarian achievements.

DEPECHE MODE have added more dates to their 2009 tour with more shows in France and Germany. See GIGS for all the dates.

LIMAHL will appear live at a special Retrofest Reunion night at the Tiger Tiger club in Glasgow on December 18th. The evening will also feature fancy dress, karaoke, DJs and and a Headphone Disco.
