Franz Ferdinand have confirmed details of their live comeback. ?? The Scottish art-rockers will play a pair of shows in Glasgow next month, unveiling material from the follow-up to 2005's "You Could Have It So Much Better". The gigs take place at the Grand Ole Opry, which has a capacity of about 600, on June 4 with Bricolage and June 5 with The Royal We. ?? Franz's bass player Bob Hardy leaked news of the dates last week, revealing there are also plans for a show in New York City. He explained: "Hi, just a quick bulletin to tell you that we're planning a couple of small shows in Glasgow and one in New York in the next few weeks. "We'll be trying out some new songs and inviting some other bands that we like to play with us. We'll let you know the details in the next few days, hopefully see you there." ?? Tickets for the concerts, which go on-sale tomorrow morning, are restricted to two per person. |
