DURAN DURAN, GEORGE MICHAEL, KYLIE MINOGUE and ELTON JOHN are among artists rumoured to be participating in a special concert to mark the tenth anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales. The event is expected to be staged at London's Wembley Stadium and is being organised by Prince William and Prince Harry.

PET SHOP BOYS and THE PIXIES are on the bill for two Australian V Festival dates scheduled to take place at Sydney's Centennial Park and the Gold Coast's Avica Resort in March and April. See NEWS for the dates.

BOY GEORGE is the subject of a tribute record from Irish electro duo The Garland Cult. The song, 'BoyGeorgeICON' will be released as a digital single next year as well as taking its place among tracks featured on the band's second studio album.

CHINA CRISIS will headline a special gig in aid of Liverpool's Woolton cinema at the cities New Picket venue on December 1st. The bill - which also sees China Crisis spin-off project Muddyhead play a set - also features The Riffs, The Tommys and The Mersey Beatles.

TIFFANY will join VH-1's 'Celebrity Fit Club' as part of the cast for the next series of the reality TV show which will be transmitted in April.
